Napoleon Dynamite

Geeky high schooler Napoleon fancies quiet Deb but can't ask her to the prom. His brother Kip has an online relationship and dreams of being a cage fighter, while his uncle Rico is more interested in his mail-order time-travel machine. Napoleon's mission is to help his friend Pedro win the student presidency from the nasty Summer.
