Terms of Service

Watch Picker is a recommendation service. It ranks films and series across major streaming platforms and tells you where they are available. We are not affiliated with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, HBO Max or Peacock, and we do not host, stream or sell any of the content we list.

You can save and rate titles without an account, but only in your browser. You need an account to keep them across devices, write reviews or add friends. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Pick a username that isn't impersonating someone else.

You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws where you live.

Reviews and comments stay yours. By posting them you give us permission to display them within Watch Picker. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share, and don't use the service to spam or to scrape it in bulk.

Reported content is reviewed by a human. We may remove a post or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Trust Scores are our own editorial rating, and availability data is supplied by a third party. Both can be wrong or out of date: a title may leave a service before we notice. Check the service itself before relying on either. We provide the service as-is and can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Trailers play through YouTube's standard embedded player and remain subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not modify the player, charge for access to it, or place advertising on or within it.

Watch Picker is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0, since Watch Picker doesn't charge for anything).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you believe content posted on Watch Picker infringes your copyright, email kdk210@gmail.com with a description of the material and where it appears. We'll review the report, remove infringing content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Watch Picker after an update means you accept the revised terms.
