The Straight Story

Alvin Straight’s true journey through the American midwest on a lawnmower to see his brother was revisited by David Lynch in this compassionate, spiritual road movie, simple yet epic in its honesty and grace. An ode to family and country folk, carried by Richard Farnsworth’s sublime performance.
